Dangerous Roads in Atlanta

Washington State Supreme Court ruled this week in favor of 2 people who were injured due to a dangerous road. While this may not seem surprising, the accident occurred when the driver was under the influence of alcohol. The injured parties' car went off the road and crashed into a utility pole causing injury. Both the driver and passenger had been drinking. The utility pole was discovered to be closer to the roadway than regulations allow. Because of this, the car may have hit it with more force than it would have if the pole was further away from the road. Atlanta personal injury lawyers understand that just because a driver has alcohol in their system, it does not mean that the cause of their accident was due to impairment.

Roads must be reasonably safe for all drivers regardless of the situation. The fact that alcohol was involved in the accident does not mean that these drivers did not deserve justice. If you have been hurt in a car accident due to a dangerous road, call The Berry Law Group right now and speak to an Atlanta injury attorney about your case.
